If you place an online order, we need your information. By entering your data on the website, you give us permission to use them. We use them to process your order in terms of administration, but also for delivery, invoicing, marketing and promotional campaigns and promotions.

Of course we keep your data private and they are safely stored in our secure, non-public database. You may rest assured that they will not be passed on to a third party. As a Buyer you also have the right to request or change your data at all time. In this way, BABYmatters is compliant with the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy in the processing of personal data.

Right to be forgotten

If for whatever reason you want to be removed from our database, you can submit a request to have your data removed. You can send your request to info@yumiyay.com and your data will be permanently deleted.
