Within the Benelux area, we do not charge any shipping costs. Neither do we charge shipping costs for orders over €50 that are being sent to Belgium. For orders with a value below €50, the shipping costs are €4.95 for Belgium, and €5.95 for the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Within the European Union, we deliver for free for orders from €75. For orders with a value below €75, you will be charged €8.95 in shipping costs.


Delivery times

As soon as we have received your order and payment, we will send you a confirmation. Orders placed on working days before 12 noon will usually be shipped the same day with GLS or DPD. Orders placed after 12 noon or on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Here at Yumi Yay, we do all we can to provide you with a fast service and deliver your orders within 2 to 3 working days. Any delays experienced by the transport company are, of course, beyond our control.



Of course we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but there is always the possibility that you are not satisfied with the product. Should this be the case, you can return the product to us within 14 days of purchase (at your own expense). You can then choose to have a replacement or a refund.

How does it work?

  • Please send us an email to notify us of your return:
  • Then send the product in a suitable box to the address below. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs.

  • IMPORTANT: the product must be complete, unused and still in its original packaging, which must be undamaged.
  • If your package is lost during the return, we cannot reimburse you.
  • Once we have received and verified it, we will refund the amount using the payment method used at the time of purchase.



If you experience a defect with a product, we will respect the legally defined warranty period of the product, which will start from the day it was delivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that have been dropped, are worn or show signs of misuse.

In the event of a complaint, please contact us at It makes matters easier if you can attach some pictures to the email and describe the complaint clearly. This will help us to process the complaint quicker.
